Data recovery from dead hard drive?

How I can recover my precious data from data I can try this on my own or recommended to provide for the amount it would cost, and one last question, does anyone of you file a complaint aganist the company to consecutive poor service is my third hdd Once the cut Seagate rocks: D

I am a professional and I can recover the data if there is no physical damage to the unit. From the way you worded question, I guess it's not a job for you to try. I would like to remove the unit from the computer and put it into a working machine. Not too many users can do that safely. If there is no physical damage, making it much more difficult. If there is physical damage, it is unlikely that it is worth the very high expenditure have. You can not see the physical harm, of course, as almost always inside.
