Program to recover files from an external hard drive? Like Phoenix star?

Hello … The system files on my removable hard drive got screwed, Now the computer will not access it. Data recovery tried several, none of the programs to recover what he would do anything. Then I found with a program called Stellar Phoenix, the trial shows that you can return to the archives, but the paid version of the program costs more than the files "Worth." lose is the pain in the butt end of the spectrum, anyone have an idea for a program that could achieve the same, but it's cheap or free? Thanks, B

Preventing The Spread Of MRSA With HibiScrub and Gloves

Monday, February 16th, 2009

The fear of MRSA has become a serious problem in the United Kingdom. Only a hand full of hospitals and nursing homes in the UK have been effected by the disease yet the media coverage has led many of us to think that we will catch it as soon as we step into a hospital. This is a common misconception as most UK hospitals are now aware of the problem and are using every method they can to prevent its spread.

Alcohol hand rubs are used in many medical institutions to stop the spread of MRSA. You often see these hand rubs attached to the walls of hospitals, doctors’ surgeries and nursing homes so that they can be found easily and as a reminder to use them. They are very simple to use as the alcohol hand rub is placed into the hands and is then rubbed in to the skin until it has disappeared. The alcohol rub effectively kills any bacteria that may be on the skin.

A new form of prevention against MRSA has recently been introduced as an all over body wash. Hibiscrub is a body wash that has a residual effect that lasts for up to 6 hours, this means it kills any existing bacteria on your skin as well as preventing any re-infection. Hibiscrub contains chlorhexidine gluconate, which binds to the skin creating a protective layer rather than just killing bacteria that is already there.

Using medical gloves is an efficient way of preventing the transfer of MRSA from person to person. The barrier of the gloves prevents the MRSA infection, which lives on the skin from coming into contact with someone else’s skin. Often these are disposable gloves as the gloves can only be used whilst dealing with one patient, otherwise the virus can get on to the glove and be passed on to another patient, family member or employee.

There are a variety of different materials that can form a protective barrier against MRSA. Latex gloves and nitrile gloves are the most commonly used in the medical industry. The reason for this is that they do not only form a protective barrier they are also very comfortable, durable and provide enough feeling for surgical procedures. Nitrile gloves are often used instead of latex ones because many people suffer from latex allergies caused by the proteins in the material. These types of glove are often coloured purple or blue, the reason for this is so it is easy to detect any tears or damage.

Fruit and Vegetable Fast – How I Lost over 10 Pounds in 2 Weeks

Monday, February 16th, 2009

Are you trying to lose some weight for a big event? Or do you just want to get healthy and trim off some unwanted pounds? I can relate!

Not too long ago I decided to lose some weight but I wanted to do it in a totally natural way. I did not want a fad diet. I did not want to take pills or drink potions. I especially did not want a diet that might harm my health in any way.Hey, you only get one body in this life and I want to take care of it the best I can.

So I made the choice to try a fruit and vegetable diet. I had heard that you could lose weight fast and improve your health this way.

Basically on this type of eating plan, you are doing a fruit and vegetable cleanse that allows you to eat quite a large volume of food made up of mainly fruits and vegetables. You get to eat quite a bit so you never feel hungry at all. And you are flooding your body with a large quantity of enzymes, nutrients and wonderful nutrition so it helps you feel really great. The cool thing is that you lose a lot of weight easily because even though you are eating as often as you want to – most of what you eat is naturally delicious and low in calories.

This raw food cleanse helped me lose over 10 pounds in 2 weeks. That rocked! I bet you could get some great weight loss results with it too!

Storage Shed for around the house…

Monday, February 16th, 2009

When you have limited space in and around your home, you may find that it is necessary for you to have an alternative source for storing items. You can use a storage shed for the outside equipment that you have to have. This will be a huge help for anyone that wants to have all of his or her equipment well kept and organized.

A storage shed can be used in just about any area. These sheds are placed in backyards across the globe and are used in many different ways. This is the ideal place for all of your outdoor lawn and garden equipment and tools. If you have a lawn mower or tractor this would be the best place to store them when they are not in use.

You can also use a storage shed for children’s bikes and toys that they will use throughout the year. You can use this space for the bikes but also the scooters, balls, bats, sleds, skateboards, and many others outside toys and accessories that kids like to play with. This would keep the items stored neatly as well as keeping them together in one place for the child to find easily.

Storage sheds can be made from many different materials. There are wood, vinyl and even cedar sheds to decide on. You can choose the one that you like best and that fits your needs better. Once you have your shed, keep it well maintained and it will look nice in any yard for many years to come.
