About two months ago we bought, and put tons of data it contains. Much of the data is only in this external hard drive and elsewhere. Today, the system does not light, even when connected to other computers. None of the teams to see well. The solution page of problems with your site offered no help, no customer service. The data recovery place to charge us $ 2,000 to get the data back, despite that is the fault of your product sucks. Has anyone else had this problem and possibly know of any alternative solutions. I can not afford the data recovery and there are about 2 months of hard work irreplaceable in the unit. So I'm kind of desperate. Thanks.
