Hello … I have a question concerning the recovery of data after my hard drive is formatted?

My brother formatted our PC … I lost some very important files stored on my C: drive. Is there any way to recover these files, knowing that the hard drive went for over a Formattage? I I'm really desperate, because these files are over 100 hundred demos and links that I created over the past 5 years … I can not believe I lost them forever .. Really appreciate any help. Thanks

Last year I did it. I finally ordered myself a brand new pair of Ugg Boots. Being the same size as my friend, we went out one night and I wore them snugly over my jeans. A nice flower top with puffy sleeves and I have to tell you I looked good. The next morning I grabbed them, put them back on and told her I would give her money for these, and she could go buy another pair.
