recovery d drive up problem?
thanks to both answers. I've already uploaded the D drive and want to clean and put the backup disk. during the blocking options for saving data, not only is the installation of tha historical data on disk option .. a hard disk! How I can erase the memory of the unit d? and then find the option to install on a cd none of this would have happened if HP had provided the disk backup system which came with the purchase of old equipment from other manufacturers. Is this a ploy by HP to save a few bucks? At least could have offered the option for me tpo buy the disk backup, would gladley I bought it and has never faced this problem. The laptop works fine, but now I wonder if I had bought another brand, and I will remember this when buying my next pc. Appreciate any thoughts
the problem is now laptops come preloaded with a lot of software that doesn't fit on a single DVD again, and users do not store discs anyway. So manufacturers are asking users to make restoration own films. The instructions with the laptop clearly tell users to burn these DVDs first, since this option is not available again. Again, most users ignore these instructions. Overlooking this step will bring great regrets when they most need. NO copy to the unit D, or mess around with the CD. The HP needs 3 or 4 DVDs that have 3-4 hours to burn. If you use CDs, which will take 21-30 CD and take 5-6 hours. Incidentally, this is the same for Acer, Compaq, Dell and IBM.
