In today’s world it has been seen that many women are projecting to have children later in life, and typically many women have 2 babies with an age difference of four years in between the children. This tendency is expected to stay and that is why women have to comprehend which is their most fertile period in life.

Ovulation comes when the egg is discharged from a women’s ovary and conception occurs when the sperm fertilizes the egg. A sperm can hold up for many days inside a women’s body but an egg can only hold up up to 24 hours after it is released from the ovaries. That is why it sets the time for conception and 20 percent of troubles in conceiving occur because couples don’t have intercourse within the most fertile period of the women.

For woman to increase the chances of becoming pregnant, they should take a close look at their fertile period. A woman’s most fertile period is usually several days closing on the day after ovulation. Nonetheless, the menstrual cycle in woman can differ from one cycle to the other and it might be hard to find out your fertile period. Yet, there are different ways that you can employ to learn when you are the most fertile.

You can chart your menstrual period on a calendar to check the days when you’re mostly to ovulate. You can also measure your basal body temperature the first thing in the morning before you start doing anything else. Your basal body temperature would increase nearly one degree right after ovulation happens. The other way of determining your fertile period is to check the cervical mucus. The cervix makes a mucus that protects your body from bacteria, sperm and other organisms. Nevertheless, for couple days every month, the consistency of the mucus switches so the sperm could go into the fallopian tubes. You can look for these changes and learn when you are most fertile.

Formatting the hard drive of 1s and 0s … The recovery discs do not work …?

I have a Western Digital hard drive in my Sony Vaio and equipment used WD Data Lifeguard from a floppy to my hard disk format 1 and 0, which means quality without a speck manufacterer data it contains. So after that is completed I have to boot from the CD with the operating system. I tried doing this from my recovery disk is assumed that all the operating system on them I'm sure. But I can not my computer to boot from the recovery disc, no matter how I can set my BIOS to boot from the CD priority. I followed all the instructions to reformat my hard on the Western Digital website. But the final step of installing my operating system is not working from my recovery disks. Why? I keep getting the message. "Reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media into boot device and press a button"

I almost never rely on these recovery discs, but must have an original copy of a WinXP / Vista OEM CD-ROM/DVD book. It seems that your BIOS is configured correctly, but any recovery discs are not bootable (ISO format needed). You can try hitting F2, F8 or F10 to try to boot into safe mode with command prompt – then try to login here for cd .. D: Setup.exe from the CD. You may be able to start the operating system to install in this way.
