Tuesday, October 20th, 2009

A healthy lifestyle is not accomplished by accident. It is accomplish by making good choices everyday about what we eat and how we exercise.

Noni as a food staple and medicinal plant has a rich history among the pacific islanders. Their traditions are deeply rooted in the use of the Noni Fruit. Morinda Citrifolia as it has been named in our century is green , a bit bumpy and is unbelievably unpleasant to smell once ripe. Its health benefits far exceed the strong smell it gives off when ripe. Traditionally Noni was a part of the rather effective healing practices. We have universities and private laboratories to study the Noni Fruit and Plant in this century but sometimes the advice of an experienced Tahitian elder will opens up surprising new avenues of use .

We all have a goal of staying healthy and ensuring we get proper nutrition every day. Of course we are very biased and recommend our Tahitian Noni products a part of a healthy lifestyle.

TAHITIAN NONI Juice meets the highest standards of quality assurance as its harvesting and production is controlled from the tree to the bottle. Tahitian Noni International’s Noni Juice products have also been tested for hundreds of toxins with no known positive results, which means you can rest assured when using Tahitian Noni International’s Noni products.

My Beach Life

Tuesday, October 20th, 2009

The beach is one of my favorite places to go and relax. It’s great any time of the day. Morning time I enjoy because I love to surf. I have been surfing since about ten years old. I plan on never quitting. It keeps me in good shape. When it comes to the mid day time the winds usually pick up. My beach is off fifty foot cliff. This makes a perfect place for glider flying. That is remote control glider fling. I have a wing glider with a twenty six inch wing span. It works great when the winds are coming straight in from the ocean. Completely wind powered with no engine. It was very scary the first time I through my brand new glider off the cliff. With cars and lots of people around you have no idea if your might hit some one. My brother once hit the side of a mini van filled with plastic storage boxes and blew out the windshield. He had to pay the owner over $150 in damages. Also mid day is a good time to just hang out with your friends. Catch a tan or for me it’s usually a sun burn. I have a lot of freckles. So I try to get them to merge into a tan. Also around 4 to 6 pm is a great time to play beach volleyball. The courts are open and easy to get on. Talk about good exercise. Running around in the sand for 1 hour will burn so many calories. Don’t for get about the evening sun set. Those are killer.

How Much Will My New House Cost To Build?

Tuesday, October 20th, 2009

If you’re currently in the process of searching for that “perfect” house plan, you’ll already know that there are many home plan options available. Whether your searching online or looking through magazines and plan books, the chances are that you can find a stock house plan that closely fits your needs.

If you find country house floor plans that is “close” to what you need, you can almost always have that plan modified by the designer or by a local design professional to fit your specific needs..in your specific area…for your specific lot.

If so, then you’ve just saved thousands of dollars over the cost of having a fully-custom designed set of house plans developed. Stock house plans offer a tremendous value for most families, and its always a good idea to take a look at whats available before having a custom set designed.

After you find a small house floor plan, the first thing most people need to know is “how much will THIS particular house plan cost to build in MY local area”? Well, this can be a difficult number to ascertain, due to many factors such as: local labor rates, local materials prices, type of foundation used, types of materials used, finish level, local/state/regional building fees, etc.

In most cases, the designer of a plan will be able to provide you with a dollar range, which will be from $X to $X, based on total living square footage of the house and regional cost data. This type of information is usually adequate but fairly inaccurate, especially if you’re building in a particularly expensive/inexpensive area of the country.

In addition, these estimates are ONLY based on the total “living” square footage of the house, and do not take into account many other items such as:

- Site preparation of any kind
- Removal of existing structures
- Purchase of the lot
- Preparation of the lot
- Flatwork (like driveways)
- Detached garages or other structures
- Landscaping
- Modifications to the house plan
- Cost to build any unheated space (i.e. carports, patios, porches, any other unheated space)
- Any other miscellaneous permits, fees, or associated costs related to obtaining a building permit
- Other misc. costs

As such, you may want to look into obtaining a low-cost “Home Building Cost Estimate” from a leading provider like Cost-To-Build.net to better understand how much YOUR particular house (or one that you’re considering) would cost to build in your LOCAL area.

Having a customized cost report like this, is always a good investment, and may save you many thousands as you begin to narrow down your house plan search.

Looking For Online Opportunities

Tuesday, October 20th, 2009

People often ask if there really are legitimate online jobs. The answer, in one word, is yes, gogvo.

In fact, the question people should now be asking is not about the jobs’ legitimacy but where to find them. The difference between successful and unsuccessful job seekers is the place where they look for working online opportunities.

There are a handful of them actually. Though it takes some patience, time, and perseverance to go through them, the efforts will eventually prove to be fruitful. Following are some of the places where you can find online jobs.

Keep in mind, however, that none of them is completely protected from scams, so be extra cautious.

1. Search engines. Use search engines to look for company websites and job boards, from which you can start job hunting. Your success, of course, lies in using good keywords.

Other than “online jobs,” use popular keywords that may generate good results. The key here is to experiment and identify which keywords produce the best results.

You can also try to look at how legitimate companies label online jobs in their job posts, and then use them as keywords when searching. Remember to always narrow your search by adding your field of expertise to your keyword.

2. Job boards. Many good online job opportunities are listed in job boards. Take a close look at each job that you find interesting. Read the job and company details. Then, find more information about the company.

If you can, contact the employer to ask for other details not included in the listing. If the company name and contact details, however, are not provided, you may want to leave that out.

The general rule in looking for an online job is to do an extensive research about the job before considering applying.

3. Forums. Online forums form a community where a free exchange of information is encouraged. Take advantage of it. Look for threads that might give you job leads, or perhaps you can start one, gogvo. There are two ways you can start the conversation: either you directly tell people you are looking for an online job or you can ask for advice and guides, which can possibly lead you to job pitches. Gather the job leads you have and start your research from there.

4. Company websites. Unless the company is a sham, company websites are usually the safest place to look for online jobs. Your only challenge will be identifying which company is a sham and which is not. Legitimate companies provide you with complete details about the job and easy ways to contact them. Any company website that shadows information and sounds like too good to be true is most likely a bogus.

5. Network of contacts. Contact your family, friends, colleagues, classmates, and everyone else who you think might help you find an online job. Tell them specifically what kind of job you are looking for.

The more specific you can get, the more chances they can find you a potential match. When you look for working online opportunities, always be prepared with your resume. See to it that it is updated, readable, and provides all the information an employer might want to know.

It also pays to have a cover letter. You can perhaps have a ready template in your email draft, so you will only have to replace some details whenever you need to send one. And when you have succeeded in gaining those extra dollars, make sure you reward yourself with say a nice malta holidays trip to the mediterranean, you will have deserved it.

Are Loan Modification Services Really Worth the Cost?

Tuesday, October 20th, 2009

If you’re finding yourself unable to make your monthly mortgage payments and are facing foreclosure, you’ve probably realized it’s time to ask your lender for a loan modification. You’re also probably wondering whether you should contact your lender and begin the process yourself or hire one of the many loan modification services currently on the market. These companies–which generally charge thousands of dollars for their services–may seem like the answer. After all, isn’t it worth the cost to hire a professional service to help you negotiate with your lender? Won’t they do all the work and get you a better deal than you could have gotten yourself? Read on–the answers to these questions may surprise you!

While the cost of a loan modification varies, prices ranging from $700 to $3500 are the norm. The upfront fees also vary, as do the service guarantees. Some companies ask for the entire amount upfront, and sometimes the fee is non-refundable. That’s an awful lot of money to pay a service when you’re already struggling to make your monthly mortgage payments–especially when there is no guarantee that they will be able to get you the modification you so desperately need.

“Okay,” you may be thinking, “but hiring a service to save me from having to do all the paperwork a loan modification requires is reason enough to spend the money.” Unfortunately, this isn’t the case either. Contrary to what you may have heard, loan modification companies do not prepare your paperwork. They simply collect it, organize it, and submit it to your lender–a task that is hardly worth hundreds, even thousands of dollars.

So if loan modification services aren’t worth the money–especially if you must prepare the paperwork yourself no matter who submits it for you–where should homeowners in need of a loan mod turn for help? The answer is a reasonably priced assisted loan modification program. An assisted loan mod program, such as the ones found at The Homeowner Center , will guide you through the entire loan modification process–from contacting your lender, to preparing your required paperwork, to submitting your completed package–and save you a LOT of money in the process!

If you find yourself in need of a loan modification, you clearly don’t have money to waste. Don’t fall prey to a loan modification service; do it yourself (with the help of an assisted loan mod program) and save!
